These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through linnais.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Products
LINNAIS offers personalised linen products made to order.
We do our best to display colours, materials and embroidery as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and between production batches.
Linen is a natural material. Small variations in texture, weave and appearance are part of the character of the fabric and are not considered defects.
3. Personalisation
Customers are responsible for entering the correct text, initials or name when placing an order.
Please check spelling and capitalisation carefully before completing your purchase. Your personalisation will be produced based on the information submitted with your order.
If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@linnais.com. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to make the requested change. Once production or embroidery has started, changes may no longer be possible.
4. Prices and payment
All prices displayed on linnais.com include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
The total price, including any applicable shipping costs, will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Order confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything is incorrect.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical error or if we are unable to fulfil the order. If payment has already been made, the amount paid will be refunded.
6. Production and delivery
LINNAIS products are personalised and made to order.
Estimated production and delivery times are stated on our website and may vary depending on order volume and destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping information where available.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. LINNAIS is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Personalised products and returns
Because personalised LINNAIS products are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your order.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact hello@linnais.com as soon as possible and include your order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue.

8. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@linnais.com.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.
9. Natural variations
Our products are made from natural linen and individually embroidered.
Minor differences in colour, texture, weave, dimensions and embroidery placement may occur. These variations are part of the nature of the materials and production process and are not necessarily considered defects.
10. Care
Care instructions are provided with the product and/or on linnais.com.
Please follow the recommended care instructions. LINNAIS cannot be responsible for damage resulting from incorrect washing, drying, ironing or other handling contrary to the provided care instructions.
11. Intellectual property
All content on linnais.com, including the LINNAIS name, branding, photographs, text, graphics and designs, belongs to LINNAIS/Finliret AB or is used with permission.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
12. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use the information necessary to process and fulfil your order, communicate with you and provide our services.
13. Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Finnish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws applicable to you.
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and LINNAIS, you may have the right to refer the matter to the relevant consumer dispute resolution body in your country.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect when you place your order.
